Bought this mainly for wildlife and the zoom is honestly incredible. You can capture subjects that are extremely far away, which is something a phone simply cannot do. Image quality is good in daylight, but you need steady hands at maximum zoom.

The zoom on this camera is the main reason to buy it and it definitely delivers. I’ve been able to take photos of birds and distant objects with surprising detail. It does take a bit of practice to keep images sharp at full zoom.
